Love it or Return it

We're sure you'll love and treasure your new artwork, but if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us put it right. 

STEP 1.

Contact us at info@marthabowyer.com. Whether it's a refund, exchange or voucher, we'll help you choose a return method that suits you.

STEP 2.

Return the product. Fill out your returns form and carefully package your parcel. Send it back to us using the address on your returns form.

STEP 3.

Sit tight! As soon as we receive your parcel, we'll send you a confirmation email. Your return will be processed as soon as possible, with any funds being returned to you within 7-10 working days, minus shipping costs.

PLACING AN ORDER

+ Are my payment details safe?

Yes. Our checkout page is protected by SSL to keep your credit card data safe and secure.

Payments are handled securely through Squarespace, Stripe and PayPal — we don’t see your card details at any point.

+ Can I pay by PayPal?

Absolutely! Simply select the PayPal option at checkout.

+ Why was my card declined?

Debit and credit cards can be declined for a number of reasons. Often it’s due to incorrectly entered information, an expired card or insufficient funds. Double-check your information and try again, or try a different card.

+ How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Please check it carefully — once dispatched, your details can’t be changed.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, check your junk folder. Still can’t find it? Get in touch.

+ I forgot to redeem my voucher or promotional code. What can I do?

Get in touch and we’ll deduct it from your order, so long as the offer’s still valid.

+ How do I cancel my order?

Easy peasy — just reply to your Confirmation Email as soon as possible, stating you'd like to cancel.

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, your refund will be processed straight away, with funds being returned via your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. If your order has been dispatched though, you'll need to wait until it arrives and then arrange a return.

+ My order has been dispatched, but I want to cancel. What can I do?

Once your order is on it’s way to you, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. You’ll need to wait until it arrives, and then arrange a return.

+ How will I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your goods are dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed.

+ Can I have my items gift wrapped?

At the moment, no.

 

DELIVERY

+ Will my parcel fit through my letterbox?

In most cases, no. Framed prints are packed in boxes larger than a standard letterbox.

Items that usually fit through a standard letterbox include:

  • A5 Unframed Mini-Prints
  • A4 Unframed Prints (just about - it could be a squeeze!)
  • Notebooks
  • Greeting Cards

+ Who will deliver my parcel?

90% of parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, Monday to Saturday.

Parcels containing large items (such as framed A3 prints, or multiple framed A4 prints) are delivered by Parcelforce.

You will be advised of which carrier in your Dispatch Confirmation email.

+ What happens if I’m out, or my parcel can’t be delivered?

Royal Mail will leave a red ‘Something for You’ card when they’re unable to deliver an item to your address. The card explains why they were unable to deliver, and tells you how to arrange redelivery or collection. Items are retained at your local Delivery Office for 18 days.

Parcelforce will leave a ‘we called to deliver your parcel’ card. This will tell you when redelivery will be attempted, or where your item is, and how to collect it.

+ I’d like you to leave my parcel in a safe place if I’m out.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pass on ‘safe place’ requests, but Royal Mail do have a procedure for nominating a neighbour to accept your parcels. Find out more.

+ How can I track my parcel?

Currently, tracking is not included in our delivery options. If you’d like to arrange tracking for your parcel, please get in touch before placing your order.

+ Where is my order?

Depending on your chosen delivery method, it may take up to 14 working days to receive your parcel.

There may be some delays during busier periods, such as around Christmas. If you have been waiting longer than 14 working days, please get in touch.

 

RETURNS

+ Help! My item arrived damaged.

Don’t fret — let us put it right for you. Simply get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help.

+ What’s your returns policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and where possible, in its original packaging.

To start your return, contact us at info@marthabowyer.com. Please include your name, order number, date of purchase and any photographs showing broken/faulty products.

+ Who pays return shipping?

Unless faulty, you will need to pay return shipping on your item.

+ How are refunds processed?

If you’re cancelling your order (i.e. your items haven’t been dispatched yet), your refund will be processed straight away, with funds being returned to your account within 7-10 working days. Your delivery charge will of course be refunded.

If you’re returning an item, your refund will be processed as soon as the package is received, with funds being returned to your account within 7-10 working days.

In both cases, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your refund.

Refunds are given via your original method of payment, so if you paid by gift voucher, you will be given a coupon for your refund amount which is valid for one year from the date of issue.

+ Is there anything I can’t return?

Products which are made to order cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalised greeting cards
  • Pet Portraits
  • Bespoke commissions
